Volunteers Needed
Many hands are needed to help make SongSisters Festival a successful event! If you are interested in helping in any of the below described ways, please send an email describing your preferred role as a volunteer. Thank you!

16-Aug | Parking Attendants | 4 (2 for each parking lot) | There are two separate parking lots at Providence Friends Meeting House. One on/by the front lawn and one behind the cemetery behind the building. We need folks to stand at the entrances ("Peace Way") to direct both the performing artists and guests. | |
16-Aug | Kitchen | 3 | There is a full kitchen in the building - we'll have donated goods, but need a few people to coordinate all the food and set it out nicely in the refreshment room next to the kitchen. | |
10-Aug | Refreshment Coordinators (pre-event) | 2 | These people would be responsible for recruiting and gathering baked goods, beverages, etc. from church folks AND/OR pursue food donations from local businesses. (We have paperwork if needed.) | |
16-Aug | Sponsorship Collection | 1 | One person who might have a lot of contacts and be able to pursue corporate/church sponsorships. (We have paperwork for them.) | |
15-Aug | Donation pickup | 2-3 | Folks willing to drive to businesses donating food/beverages to event - arrange to pick up and deliver Friday or Saturday morning. | |
16-Aug | Greeters | 3 | Folks at entrance to building to direct folks to ticket table, etc. | |
16-Aug | Sound Technicians | 3 | Folks willing to man the sound systems for performance (doesn't have to be a professional but someone with tech savy and good ear) | |
10-Aug | Ambiance Committee | 3-4 | Folks willing to make the meeting house look presentable and artistic | |
16-Aug | Ticket/entrance table | 2 | A few people who are trustworthy with money and organization and good people skills - manning guest list and ticket purchase. | |

16-Aug | Email Collection | 1 | Person at entrance table to collect guests' email addresses/contact info for DCPC - can be same person as raffle person | |
16-Aug | Roadies/Equipment Help | 6 | We'll try to have special vests for these folks - help artists with instruments and equipment, help to carry heavy stuff, etc. | |
*ASAP* | Street Crew | 8 | These folks would be willing to distribute event posters, flyers, advertising materials to local businesses, churches, schools, etc. before the event. (preferably to cover Delaware County & Main Line) | |
*ASAP* | Press Hound | 1-2 | Someone with press contacts who can do a mass press release blitz - Ange and Ris will provide the press release | |
16-Aug | Clean up | 8-10 | Willing to clean up trash and set meeting house back in order after event. | |
16-Aug | Set up | 4-6 | Willing to be at meeting house from 7am - noon-ish to help set up tables and get place ready. | |
16-Aug | Bathroom/Trash Cleaning Crew | 2 | Keep bathrooms stocked/cleaned and trash emptied, etc. during event | |
