There are two separate parking lots at Providence Friends Meeting House.  One on/by the front lawn and one behind the cemetery behind the building.  We need folks to stand at the entrances ("Peace Way") to direct both the performing artists and guests.

Kitchen

There is a full kitchen in the building - we'll have donated goods, but need a few people to coordinate all the food and set it out nicely in the refreshment room next to the kitchen.

These people would be responsible for recruiting and gathering baked goods, beverages, etc. from church folks AND/OR pursue food donations from local businesses. (We have paperwork if needed.)
